Things you create or provide to us

• Your Discord ID, Username, Tag, Profile Picture etc.

• Messages you send into Discord servers which contain Boat

• Role IDs you provide to create levels and joinable roles

When you start using Boat you provide us with personal information that includes your Discord Username and ID. You can also choose to add a bio to your profile.

We also collect the content you create, upload or receive from others when using the mail feature. This includes mail messages, notification files, liking other user profiles etc.

Information we collect as you use our services

Your browser and server activity

We collect info about the browser and device you use to access our website and services, this helps us provide features like browser-tailored web-changes.

The information we collect includes unique IDs, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network info including carrier name, browser version number. We also collect information about how you interact with our website. This includes what parts of the website you look at more, IP addresses, crash reports, system activity, date, time and the referring URL of your request.

Your activity

We collect information about your activity in our services (website and discord bot). The activity information we collect may include:

• Commands you use

• Profiles you view

• Interactions with commands (reacting etc.)

• Purchase activity (supporter payments)

• People with whom you communicate or share content

• Activity in Discord servers

You can visit our Discord server to request and manage activity information that's connected to your Discord ID.

Your location information

We collect information about your location if you choose to provide it to us. This helps features like the feature where Boat can tell you the weather, date, time and temperature in your city.

Your location can be determined with varying degrees of accuracy:

• City that you input

• IP Adress collected from our website

Exporting, removing & deleting your information

You can export a copy of content in your Boat profile if you want to back it up or use it with a service outside of Boat/Discord.

How to export your data

You can request your data in our Discord server by going to the #data-requests channel and following the instructions

How to remove & delete your data

If you want to remove your user data do !resetuserdata in any server that Boat is in. If you want to remove the current server data (you must have the manage guild permission) do !resetserverdata.
